Product FAQ
Key details from the published 20ft container ESS proposal.
The published configuration combines 480 solar modules, 56 battery modules, high-voltage controllers and combiners, PBD250 solar charging, PCS250 power conversion, a Bypass250 cabinet and EnerLog monitoring. The IP54 container includes lighting, fire protection, battery racks and air conditioning.
The system configuration lists 900.30kWh of rated energy and 720.24kWh available at 80% depth of discharge. Delivered AC energy also depends on operating conditions and conversion losses.
The published configuration uses 480 BSM570M10-72HPH modules rated at 570W each, totaling 273.6kWp. The array is arranged as 40 strings of 12 modules.
The proposal supports both modes using PCS250 and Bypass250. The PCS specification states manual switching by default; automatic switching of ≤10ms is an option and must be confirmed for the project.
The proposal describes generator dry-contact control for off-grid operation. A project using both grid and generator requires an appropriately designed ATS arrangement. The generator and ATS are not listed in the standard configuration.
The outdoor container has an IP54 protection rating and includes air conditioning and a fire protection system. The internal PCS and solar charge controller are IP20 components housed within the container.
EnerLog collects equipment data and supports remote monitoring. The proposal shows communication through a router to the server and app; the site network connection must be configured.
